The 8 ha Science and Innovation Park is located approximately one mile north of the city center adjacent to the National Space Centre, and has direct access from the A6.
The main access road and landscaping have been completed, sites cleared and fully serviced ready for development. The development partner has been selected, demolition completed and planning permission granted for the development of 120,000 sf of incubation and "grow on" space.
